Good morning! It has been a busy few days with family in town to celebrate Skye getting baptized.
Skye isn’t very into dresses and having her hair done but she was EXCITED for her baptism and everything that came with it. It was a very special day full of love and support for Skye.
Her dress was actually Brooke’s baptism dress!
Afterward, we had all of our family over for crepes. Andrew estimated we made 100 crepes in total.
We bought a second crepe maker for the event.
A few hours later and we went to the BYU Women’s basketball game.
We had a puppy staying with us over the weekend and Beck donated his blanket to her:)
Brooke had a night indoor game and she played keeper for the first half and did so well.

Oh, how I miss working drinking fountains during this time of year…
Since we’re used to winter temps, we ended up stopping TWICE for a few bottles of Gatorade during our 11-mile run. I think it was in the 70’s for our run, and we were sweating like crazy. We also had to buy a Chapstick along the way because I forgot one, and I cannot run with dry lips.
We clearly made as many beach, store, and picture breaks as possible based on our elapsed vs. moving time.
I could run through these neighborhoods every day.
I could also have a Sidecar Donut every day.
The sounds of waves breaking during a run is one of my favorite run sounds.
