Massive but worth it. No longer minute.

(tank, long sleeve, shorts, shoes)

I was wondering how many grams of fiber are in my daily green smoothie, so I finally calculated it yesterday–> 22 grams! There is .5 cup of chia seeds, 1 banana, 1 cup of frozen berries, and 4ish cups of greens. It’s a massive smoothie, but I feel so much better with it in my life.

We really wanted a trail day…

The climb was dry, but once we got to the top, it was way too muddy, so we flipped (luckily, Jess had warned us to bring some road shoes to change into if this happened) and finished on the roads.

Conner Mantz ran by us twice, and Jenisy tried to keep up with them for a few seconds the second time we saw him, haha. HE WAS CRUISING.

We also saw this sign while we were out… There is a new marathon in our area, and the first half is in my favorite canyon in the world. It includes 1400 ft net downhill, which is not enough to add a time penalty for a BQ. Runtastic puts on some amazing races just in case anyone wants a marathon in April!

A stability ball hamstring curl minute is the longest minute to exist. CBX app: full-body strength day yesterday.

(A few slices of) Toasted sourdough with butter and am salt (a local company that is sold at our grocery stores) is the best in the afternoons before shuttling services begin.

I love the conversations during the shuttling services.

We had Street Corn Inspired Chicken Baked Tacos for dinner.

THEY WERE SO GOOD.

Beck wanted me to tell you about the corn pizzas he made to go with dinner.

Finished up with cookie sandwiches with my niece’s recipe!
