Our $5 sushi tradition is still going strong! I’m very grateful that Brooke understands the joy of sushi because I haven’t convinced the other three.
I decided to really torture myself by doing trails the day after a lower-body strength workout. Figuring out how to fit in strength with running is unanswerable. I want both so badly, which means some days of running are extra painful.
Also, in this picture, it looks like the mountain is AI-generated because it almost seems too grand to be real, but I promise it is all real.

1 trail mile is equivalent to 1.5 road miles, IMO.

Our friend’s restaurant, Provo Burger, officially opened yesterday. I hope my other kids don’t find out that we went there for lunch without them because it’s everyone’s new favorite restaurant!

100/10.

Skye went to run club yesterday and ran 2 miles. They brought chocolate milk for the kids to recover with afterward.

Remember my post yesterday about evening routines? Last night did not include most of those things because we were from place to place.

We did get a minute to stop at home and make breakfast for dinner. This crepe recipe is everyone’s favorite over here.

Followed by Knox’s 7 on 7 scrimmage.

Warning: Bruising below. Look at Andrew’s crash bruise! I have never had a bruise, anything close to this crazy. I’ll stick to running instead of mountain biking.
