Is he alright? + Do you ever?

(top, shorts, gloves)

Beck is now including his artwork with the green smoothie deliveries in the morning;)

A few minutes with just the girls…

And then the mountains and Jenisy.

It felt so right to see some snow on the dirt…

Sure glad I wore shorts because keeping up with Jenisy on the trails is quite the workout and I would have overheated if I was wearing more.

Thank you, Strava AI, for your encouragement after my run;). Does anyone else ever look what AI on Strava says about your workout? I might need a little more tough love from mine because it’s always patting me on the back no matter what the run…

I got in some strength training in the garage afterward! Two weeks into January and I’m still sticking to my 2026 ins.

The Chirp Wheel is used very often around here.

It was 40°F on our walk and Andrew was wearing pants?!? Please check in on him.

I saw these at the store and they took me back to my first few marathons. I grabbed some because I want to try them out again on the run.

BYU had a new creamery open, and so they were giving out free burgers, dessert, and drinks. My favorite food is free food that requires zero clean-up on my end.

We met Brooke’s grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousins there. It was so nice to catch up over some chocolate-dipped vanilla ice cream bars.

I’m out of here for a solid 47 hours to a warmer location, and of course, the first thing I packed was my running shoes.

Searched this up on Google yesterday, and it stressed me out. I breathe through my mouth all of the time while running.

Do you remember the first run fuel you tried?

Breathe through your mouth at all when running?

Do you read what Strava’s AI says about your workouts?

What’s something small you’re loving this week?
