For Jess’s birthday, we decided that we needed to celebrate in Newport, her favorite place in the world.
What I would give for Cava (the yummiest Mediterranean restaurant) to be within 5 miles of my home…
A birthday cake with Sidecar Donuts for Jess.
A run on Friday morning, touring all of Newport for 11 miles.
Took some shopping and food breaks.
A’s Market for the best turkey sandwich of my life.
So much talking. Never-ending talking.

Clothing, Accessories, and Smells Favorites I’m Loving:
*I am very very very into stripes right now and bought this shirt to double for running and real life. It’s a winner. And if I wear it for both, that means it’s basically 50% off and if Brooke wears it, too, then it is 75% off. <– Welcome to my brain.
*I haven’t bought anything new from Madewell in quite some time, but LOVE this light sweater I got from there.
*These sunglasses just arrived! I love this brand because the quality of the glasses feel like they should cost much more.
*If you want your hair and body to smell in a way that transports you to the perfect beach day, this spray is the best. Brooke and I immediately fell in love with it while in Sephora. It’s light but makes you think you are on the beach.
Food + Treat Favorites
*A big day in my life. THE MILK CHOCOLATE SCOTCHMALLOW. I’ve had the dark chocolate one for decades, and to try the milk chocolate… It’s even better.
I will not do well if See’s ever stops making these. Expect to sign a petition I will make if they do.
Target Finds I Can’t Get Over:
*This serving dish is beautiful. I’ll be pulling it our every time people come over.
*These glass cups that have the cutest designs on them. I want each and every design.
