I don’t have words to properly express how much I am enjoying the CGX app. I love not having to think for a second about what I should be doing, in what order, with what amounts of rest, or with what weights… She tells me everything I need to do. Added bonus, there isn’t any cardio in her workouts because I don’t need more cardio, just really want to be my strongest yet in my 40s.
Yesterday was back, biceps, and abs. Watch out mom, I might be able to beat you in an arm wrestle for the first time in my life after a few more weeks of this.

We were going to try for some speed yesterday, but our lungs were too frozen, it was very windy, and we decided to try it out again today instead. Our lungs were too frozen yesterday.

*Salmon cooked in the air fryer, avocado, mango salsa, and a corn tortilla.

Now for the tangents of the day:
*EVERYTHING is 25% off at Athleta today! My most worn long-sleee top is a must with this sale, my favorite sports bra (color: Breaker is so good), and the best leggings for running with pockets for all of your things. I also love this vest (I just wear a sports bra under it) and these 5″ shorts so much.
*This is exciting! I love it when some of my favorite track runners try out the longer distances.

*I am 42x more likely to do a workout in the morning if I get everything ready for it the night before. I have the energy to do the workout in the morning, but I do not have the energy to get ready for the workout and do the workout in the mornings.

*I get such a kick out of Max taking himself on a walk.

*Beck was too cold to finish our walk on his bike for the last 3 blocks and said his hands and arms were frozen in bike mode until he got next to the fire.

*They forgot to include at which point during the 9th grade on their contract they made for me…

*Andrew rode his bike back to the house.

*My niece has perfected the ultimate chocolate chip cookie. She has experimented for years to finalize this one:

They are perfect.
