Small. Moved On. The key.

(tank, shorts)

8 miles @ 7:59 pace in our canyon.

I had a meeting at one of our kids’ schools, then did an upper-body strength workout from the CGX app, leaving my arms feeling like a wet noodle.

This protein powder, some ice, a frozen banana, and whatever milk we have= my ultimate protein shake. It tastes like a dessert. Janae15 gets you 15% off!

We’ve moved on from Uno every day to Battleships every day.

It’s that time again… I’ve started planning our school’s fun run. The entire elementary school participates, and a lot of them take this race very seriously.

Max loves to wait on the trampoline for the kids to come play with him.

My kids’ favorite after-school snack.

They are very happy to be done with indoor soccer practices because it’s all outdoors now (with just a few more indoor games).

Dinner was an easy one–> grilled chicken, naan, hummus, veggies, avocado, tzatziki, feta, drizzle of olive oil.

I’m excited to make this today! I somehow forgot my love for overnight oats and can’t wait to bring them back.

I feel this so strongly and notice the biggest difference in my life when I get excited about the small things vs when I don’t. The more small things I notice each day, the happier I am. Let’s all be in love with our day today.
