Matchy matchy.
7 miles at an 8:46 pace to start my Friday. I came home from my run to some lilies that bloomed while I was gone, and they made me so happy, and I feel the strong desire to tell you anything that makes me happy, so here we go:
I had my annual skin check and passed… There were some precancerous spots he froze off, which stung quite badly, but I’m glad to get that over with.
Greek yogurt bowls have my heart.
We took dinner over to my parents’ and ate together there.
And then went to Skye’s art show! Look at the otter she made:
Now let’s jump into today’s favorite things:
*I’ve been using this Tower 20 Rescue Facial Spray (it is a hypochlorous acid spray + toner) after each run. I love a no-sink-needed situation to help prevent breakouts after I sweat. I’ve also noticed that it helps me with any redness after a run. Due to the fact that I usually run 7 errands and eat a meal before even thinking about showering after a run… this SOS spray is doing its part to get rid of bacteria on my face post-workout. I just bought the travel size to bring for anytime we are out of town. Sidenote: I also love their mascara, the way it separates my lashes perfectly on the first swipe.
*Really in love with the adidas brown with pink stripes track pants.
*Just a moment to love on my favorite racing shoes. These ones only had a few miles on them before I raced my 5k and I truly felt like I was bouncing in them. I’ve raced 5ks up to marathons in this model and have no desire to look elsewhere because I love them so much.
*I started drinking DripDrop the week leading up to my 5k and I think it was part of my good luck charm formula for the race. I’ve had it every day since, too. 6 key electrolytes + 15 vitamins and nutrients. I love the taste and feel spoiled while drinking it, as I’m doing my daily afternoon kid Ubering.
*I was sent this beautiful polo and had some questions on IG about it when I wore it. It’s oversized, and I add in a little front tuck and roll up the sleeves. The blue is so so pretty.
*These little sorbets from Costco are the perfect flavor and texture. They are even in a real lemon shell!
*Antler sent me the large carry-on and this overnight bag. It’s making me need to book a trip because it is all so pretty and luxurious.
