8 miles @ 8:31 average, and it was so hot that I didn’t have the energy to get my phone out to take a picture along the way;)
And then some strength at home:

YOU GUYS. I finished day 50 of the Iron Pro Program, and confetti even popped up on the screen when I was all done because the app was so proud of me. Time to start a different program in the app, but I really am so proud of myself because sticking to strength training has never been my strength (ha, get it?). The key has been finding a program I love, and it has made all the difference for me… There isn’t any cardio thrown in (I get enough with running), the moves are pretty basic (coordination has never been my thing), and I can listen/watch something else while I do it (you can mute the music on the app, and all of the cues are in writing). I am feeling much, much stronger after completing this program, too. It’s fun building muscle in my 40s!

Skye and I spent some time together just the two of us.

After school snackin’ on a Greek yogurt bowl with the kids and hearing about their days…

And then some chores… Brooke and Knox have officially mastered laundry sorting. Brooke pulls out each piece of clothing from the dryer, calls out who it belongs to, and tosses it to Knox…Who then shoots it into the correct basket like a pro.

Preschool graduation for Beck.

Beck has been part of a music-based preschool, and he absolutely loved it and has been learning how to play the keyboard.

It’s the end of an era… We’ve had someone in preschool for 10 years straight. Next up: kindergarten.

Andrew and I went out on the scooter to pick up some chips.

Because all I could think about for dinner was nachos…

Followed by my favorite chocolate bar lately.

Knox asked me to share his current hobby of playing the harmonica while doing tricks with his Kendama.
