Let’s just jump into catching up on a few things… I hope you are reading this from your pajamas with some leftovers in your near future.
We went to Top Golf with Andrew’s family, and I loved seeing his 92-year-old grandpa crushing the game. He beat every member of the family!
We got together with all of the families and players on Brooke’s soccer team for a soccer game. Andrew’s brother and nephews also joined us.
Every night:
We did our own Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.
And a police officer asked us to help herd some sheep along the way. We tried our best but failed miserably.
Usually, there is snow and ice when I run on Thanksgiving morning…
We lucked out. Andrew was on call for Thanksgiving, and he got called out for only 20 minutes, and then he was able to come back for the rest of the day.
We brought Nutella for Beck to put on his rolls, and he was pretty happy about that.
The meal was amazing.
Sadly, this had to happen again with another stitch.
Finishing off with one of these (eaten very slowly) was the best way to end it…
