It sure is nice…

(Tank, shorts)

Wednesday tradition of $5 sushi. It’s always just the two of us for this, and we listen to her favorite artists (currently Noah Kahan) and talk about everything. I swear, simple weekly traditions are EVERYTHING.

It was a walking-pad (I truly love mine, and it folds up to store very easily) and upper-body strength-training kind of day. I’m so used to being in marathon training, where you get out and run in whatever conditions are thrown at you (or jump on a treadmill to get your run in), but it sure is nice to skip the rain and cold when you aren’t in race training…

Max got groomed and looks like an entirely different pup.

Skye was so sad when she finished her book yesterday. That in-between books feeling is the worst.

Brooke’s soccer team came over to watch clips from their game and discuss. Beck decided to make snowflakes for each of them. It was very sweet.

We had Fish Taco Bowls with Cilantro-Lime Rice for dinner, and my life has been changed by them. If you make them, double the sauce recipe. I used tilapia for the recipe.

We finished up the day on the porch with some pb no bakes.

And now for a few random things before I let you go:

*Every spring, I decide I’m going to be a gardener and waste a bunch of money, only to fail. So, instead of wasting the money/time/energy on that, I’ve decided to put it into yard work instead.

*Did you see that Conner Mantz announced he won’t be racing Boston this year:(

*Are these all the rage for teens where you live, too? Knox brings it everywhere.

*My desktop after I cleaned it up a bunch… would this drive you crazy?

*I didn’t fall for any pranks yesterday EXCEPT for this one from the Every Women’s Marathon… I was so excited and going to sign up based on the medals. I really want an edible medal.

Did you fall for anything yesterday?

Tell me a weekly tradition you love?

Computer desktop, organized or a disaster like me?

Are you good at gardening, or do you struggle to keep plants alive?
