Spring Break is off to a beautiful start. 10 miles @ 8:21 average with Emilee.

And then a mile with my girls. Highlight of my day.

The rest of the day was at home with the kids, and it was exactly what I needed.

Now for just a few tangents today:
*How it started for Brooke and me…

How it is going for us now:)

*I’m pretty sure most of our spring break will be spent here. Trampolines are a great investment.

*Even Max loves the tramp.

*I’ve come to accept the fact that I will never beat Beck at a game of memory.

*SO many pros to running/walking.

*Speaking of walks, I saw this idea on IG. Draw a vase with little holes above on some cardboard and collect flowers along the way. I must do this today.

*It’s time to get our spring/summer running gear out and ready to wear. The right gear helps us stay consistent and, therefore, healthier, which means we are actually saving money in the long run when we buy workout clothes that get us out for miles.
*My current top lululemon choices are the cami siwftly and this cross-back with a built-in bra. I also posted this tank last year, and it was in my top 10 products sold for the YEAR because it is so cute, and they finally brought it back. It has a split back that ties in the back (Brooke found it for us all).
*This tank with the fun and different neckline.
*This tank is great, and I get asked for the links often!
*This tank. I raced in it for my long trail race and loved it. Perfect for avoiding a pack from touching your skin but still a tank top.
*I love this tank with a high neckline that is incredibly breathable and lightweight. I wore it for my last marathon!
*My athleta favorites for spring/summer are these shorts, this tank, and this tank!
*My favorite run tank from Amazon.
*I had never heard of this company until I stumbled upon this tank and instantly fell in love with the quality of their pieces. I wore it so much last summer.
*I have the energy top in a few colors and put it on when I want the softest material possible against my skin. The same goes for the racerback version.
*This sports bra from bandit. It holds your phone in the back perfectly, and it is so easy to get in and out by yourself. I bought it in two colors because I love it so much.
*I wear this sports bra and this one all of the time, too.
*I am eagerly awaiting this tank and this tank to arrive… I’ve never ran in this brand but the reviews are great, they are so dang cute, and they offer 15% off first-time customers.
Shorts that I could NOT run without:
*these Nike’s (perfect pockets, perfect material, perfect length),
*These lululemon shorts are very flattering and perfect for hot days.
*I have had these, worn them, and loved them for a decade.
*I love the clementine in 4″. They are flattering, I love the zipper detail, and the drawstring.
*These Amazon shorts are a need.
*I wear these Nike shorts often and just ordered these ones in crimson.
*My favorite adidas shorts are STILL sold out, but you can sign up for a notification when they are restocked.

How often do you go on walks?
Question from Andrew–> is there a shoe that you tie first, or is it just random?
