It was a workout morning! We did a warm-up, and then 4 x 3 minutes @ 6:05, 1 minute @ 7:15, 1 minute @ 5:40ish, 3 minutes easy, cool-down. I’m not going to lie, it feels so good to still be doing speed at 40.

We finished, and our kids were all together playing soccer and running around the fields.

Keeping the hard days hard with leg day on the CGX app. Beck joined me for some Bulgarian Split Squats, which was fitting because there was a strong Bulgarian theme yesterday…

More World Cup and Knox rode his bike to buy one of these with his own money. He loves Ronaldo.

And then we got to do something we’ve been waiting for for 1.5 years. This hug felt way too good.

We got up to the SLC airport with plenty of time to spare.

But we still ran.

And watched the USA game while we waited.

We were VERY happy with the outcome of the game.

The time was going by SO slowly as we waited for her.

Knox and his best friend make friends everywhere they go.

My niece was in Bulgaria on a mission for our church and had so many incredible experiences. She learned the language so well and made so many friends there.

But now we get her home with us. I never want to go that long without seeing her again.
