(Me: shorts, tank, sunglasses. Brooke: shorts, tank)
A run, hanging out in the backyard, and having Brooke’s soccer team over to watch the USA game… that was our day!

Now straight to the tangents:
*The lululemon Summer Sale is pretty crazy to me because they never mark down any of these pieces until now–> one of my favorite tanks, my most worn shorts, the most flattering jacket, this cute tank, this soft t-shirt, the perfect run tank, the best running long sleeve, this rain coat, my favorite vest and my favorite running coat!
*I did my best to be dramatic on the run like some of the soccer players we’ve been watching in the World Cup;). Andrew wasn’t surprised that each scene only took me one try.

*I did a late run the other morning and paid for it. I also decided to climb a 0.6-mile hill with 250 ft of elevation gain and nearly fried on the way up. I took advantage of the shade at the top of the hill and told myself it was a double whammy… heat builds fitness and hills build fitness.

*Anyone else take pictures of any animals they see along their runs to show their kids when they get home? I have hundreds of random dogs and animals throughout my camera roll for this very reason.

*On the Fourth, my sister and her husband gave us tickets to go to the Stadium of Fire. Brad Paisley performed, and the fireworks (professional fireworks were legal here, but that’s it!) were the best we’ve ever seen.

*My niece did a star hairstyle on Skye, and it was so dang cute.

*We stopped at Taco Amigo for the fresh strawberry shakes the day of the wedding. If you are ever near a Taco Amigo, PLEASE stop for these.

*I hope my nephew starts a trend with this photo.

*My new favorite pic with my dad:

*Flower day >>>>>>. I’m not sure how I survived so many years without a Trader Joe’s.

*Dead of summer and he insists on this outfit.

*Me and my velcro child. He’s the best.

*Has anyone tried the Vanilla fairlife? We’ve always loved the chocolate and have a few cases to drink through before we need more, but I need to know whether or not I should try the vanilla!
