My one regret.

10 miles @ 8:10 pace in my most favorite place. We usually run right by the waterfall, but yesterday we stopped to truly enjoy the view.

I love that running gives me the excuse to go run around with friends for 90 minutes with snacks each and every morning that I want to.

Brooke loved this photo of Beretta that she took.

It was a Salem Pond day for us with friends.

We are trying to squeeze as much fun as possible out of every last minute of summer.

I went to Target by myself for some birthday shopping for Brooke (and some mini Blooms for me). It has been ages since I’ve been to a Target?! I’ve missed it!

There is no such thing as too much soccer for Skye.

Beck got to see the inside of our friend’s new car and his new dream car…

And we finished up the day with a walk and our pups.

Yesterday, an old memory from a spin class popped up on my Facebook from 12 years ago, and it got me thinking about this time of life. I’m pretty proud of this time period of my life and how I handled things (I swear I was more mature then than I am now;), but I do have one regret. I wish I would have given myself more grace with my healing. I was so hard on myself because I felt like my healing was taking me too long. So, let me tell you if you are in a healing stage of your life and you are frustrated with yourself… PLEASE give yourself whatever time you need to heal. Healing isn’t a race. And it is not easy. It takes time to get back to yourself again, and eventually you will… Just be kind with yourself along the way because that is the one thing you can control when you can’t control anything else.

Do you have a dream car?

Ever done spin classes? What were your thoughts?

Where do you do most of your shopping?

Any regrets in your life??
